Our personal care assistance includes 24 hour care and supervision in a home-like residential setting for elderly residents ages 60 and over. We provide care and supervision for residents with dementia and residents on hospice.
A planned activity program is provided, which is consistent with the residents interest, their ability to participate and their social needs. Our activities stimulate the mind, body and spirit. Our resident council meeting allows the residents to freely discuss issues and choices in a non-threatening environment.
We endeavor to provide experiences that enable the resident to select and participate in leisure activities that are goal-oriented. Our activity program is specifically designed to foster independence and provide opportunities for physical and emotional expression.
Staff is trained to focus on maximizing resident dependence and minimizing limitations. Our goal is to provide a monthly team conference to ensure and maintain a continuum of services that assist in the maintenance of resident health and comfort. Our staff is trained and licensed.
Our facility offers the following basic services below:
Private or shared, furnished bedrooms
Three meals daily and between-meal snacks
Modified diets available
Weekly cleaning
Weekly Linens
Transportation for community activities
A planned activity program
Family notification of resident needs
24 hour observation, care and supervision
Daily assistance with hygiene and incontinent
Toiletries are provided by the facility
Assistance with meeting medical and dental needs
Bedside care for minor or temporary illness
Local telephone service at no cost
Long distance service at residence cost
Basic cable service in residents room
